What data we collect

First name, last name, email address, company, your consent choices and the time of registration.

Why we process it

Event registration and participation (required): to manage registrations, select participants and send you confirmation of participation. Legal basis: your consent.
Photography and filming (required to attend): the event is photographed and filmed, and the materials may be published on our website and social media. Legal basis: your consent.
News and event invitations (optional): only if you tick the optional box, we send you news and invitations to future Fintech Latvia Association events. Legal basis: your consent. Registration does not depend on it.

How long we keep it

Registration data is kept until 31 May 2027 and then deleted. If you opted in to news and event invitations, your name, email address and company are kept for that purpose until you withdraw your consent.

Who processes it for us

The website, registration database and spam protection (Turnstile) run on Cloudflare. Registration data is stored in the European Union. Visitor statistics use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

Your rights

You can withdraw any consent at any time, and ask to access, correct or delete your data, by writing to info@fla.lv. Withdrawal does not affect processing that happened before it. You can also lodge a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (dvi.gov.lv).
